A: We will turn your photo into an artistic likeness of your pet, and inegrate it into our pre-designed artwork to create an original design for you. It includes red-eye removal if needed and proper pre-press steps for the best possible resolution onto products.

Q: If I want to buy several different types of shirts with the same design, do I have to repay the custom design fee?
A: No. Once your design is created and payed for, you can buy as many products as you want for just the cost of each product. In fact, the more products you buy, the cheaper that design fee is when spread out over the products.

Q: How long does it take to see my artwork after I place my Custom Design order?
A: We'll send you an ART PROOF via email within 1-3 days of receiving your pet's photo and order, depending on our work load and what day you place your order. Orders at the beginning of the week are usually handled more quickly. It is possible to receive the artwork the same day but not guaranteed.

Q: Once I see and approve the proof, what's next?
A: You'll receive a PayPal invoice for the design fee along with the art proof via email. If you approve the artwork, you can pay the invoice immediately online using your MasterCard or VISA. As soon as your payment is processed, we will make your artwork available to you on various t-shirts and sweatshirts.

Q: How do I buy shirts once my pet design is complete, and how much are they?
A: To see all of the stuff you'll be able to buy with your custom design, click on PRODUCTS in the left column.

Once you have payed the custom design fee, all of the PRODUCTS you see listed your shirt order directly through CafePress, an online printer who we've selected to handle our printing. You pay them separately when you place your PRODUCT order. CafePress has a 100% guarantee on printing.

Q: How long does it take to receive products after ordering them online?
A: CafePress offers different levels of product shipping that is anywhere from overnight to regular delivery of 4-6 days.

Q: How much time should I allow for the entire ordering process from ordering my design to delivery of products?
A: It will take two weeks for the whole process, from the time you send your photo to us and order, to the time you order products online, and receive them. You can speed things up by using faster shipping methods and by paying the PayPal invoice for the custom design fee online.

Q: Is there a bulk discount on shirts or sweatshirts?
A: There are bulk discounts when you buy 15 or more of the same product. Call us at 412-487-1426 to find out more information. Call a six weeks in advance to place order.
